
Donation Refund Policy
J-AID USA collects unrestricted donations on our website to support our mission.
If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online donation, contact us at donations@j-aid.org. We will endeavor to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate.
If you change your mind about donating online to J-AID USA for any reason, J-AID USA is happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within 14 calendar days of the date on which you made the contribution.
To request a refund, email donations@j-aid.org. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation.
Support Membership Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your Support Membership, J-AID USA is happy to honor your decision as long as you cancel before 7 calendar days prior to your next renewal. If you cancel within 7 days prior to your next renewal, J-AID USA will cancel your membership after the next renewal.
Shipping Policy
J-AID USA does not sell or ship any merchandise at this time. We do not ship any items.
No shipping for tickets. Tickets are pick-up only at event. If you believe that an error has been made in connection with your online ticket, contact us at contact@j-aid.org (subject: tickets).
